1. All food sold at the event must be certified Halal. Vendors must not use, sell, or display any non-Halal items, including alcohol, pork, or pork by-products. Halal meat certification must be provided with the application.
2. The event starts from 10 PM on March 7th and ends at 4 AM on March 8th. Vendors must arrive at the designated setup time; early arrivals will not be permitted to set up.
3. Vendor is responsible for cleaning their designated area and will incur cleaning charges for failure to do so. They are also liable for any damages caused and must cover repair costs.
4. Vendor indemnifies and holds harmless HFF, ASET, ISB, and their representatives from claims arising from Vendor's actions, except for claims due to the gross negligence of the indemnified parties. Vendor will reimburse HFF, ASET, and ISB for related costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
5. No refunds will be given for cancellations made before the event or for vendors who do not attend. *
