• All meat/chicken must be Zabiha/Halal certified. By becoming a vendor you verify this as to be true. You must show us where you purchase your halal meat from. Please have any verification with you for any inquiries from guests.
• Vendors are allowed to sell drinks and desserts, but no alcoholic beverages are permitted.
• Vendors should offer a sampling menu, priced between $3-$5. This will increase your sales, as more people will be willing to try your best entrée as a sample size.
• Free samples are encouraged to help promote your business and drive traffic to your booth.
• Final menu with prices must be provided when completing your application. The menu with pricing must be showcased publicly at your booth.
• All food sales should be stopped during prayer times. We ask all vendor’s to not let anyone join your line 10 minutes before prayer timing. This will be enforced and by becoming a vendor you agree to close your vending booth during prayer times. *
