Bazaar Vendor Terms and Agreement:
• All Fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable
• All vendors must report to the vendor sign-in table and check-in when they arrive on December 23rd, 2022
• Vending work space is limited and are will be RESERVED for you upon your arrival, based on the booth(s) that you have chosen! You are not allowed to request more tables than what you have paid for
• Electricity will only be provided to those vendors that have purchased an electricity package
• Equipment and products should not obstruct other vendors and the walkways. Please make sure you bring enough help to unload your vehicles. Volunteers will be busy with their assigned tasks and will not have time to help vendor’s load/unload their vehicles
• All booths MUST stop selling ten minutes prior to prayer time. Vendors are not allowed to accept Tickets. Only Cash, Checks or Credit Cards/Mobile Payments.
• Vendors will receive TWO FREE wristbands upon their arrival. Any additional vendors will need to purchase their own tickets.
• If a vendor is found selling something that is against what the Halal Food Festival committee allows, or anything the HFF committee determines to be inappropriate, he/she will be asked to remove these items immediately. If he/she doesn't comply, the stall will be shut down and no refund will be given
• Any stolen or lost items are the vendor's responsibility, ISB, ASET & HFF are not liable for any stolen or lost property
• Vendors (MEN AND WOMEN) must wear modest attires at all times.
• All vendors must confine their activities within their respective booths and should not obstruct neighboring booths.
• Vendors are not allowed to solicit outside of the assigned booth area
• Booth must be kept clean at all times and be cleared out by 11:30 PM *
